Sit to shit

Start scrolling the apps

Start feeling the tension in your jaw.

Your tongue presses against the roof of your mouth.

Your shoulders tense up.

Your hip flexors tense up.

Shallow breathing.

Notice this and still do it.

Notice this and change.

Put on a healing frequency and put the phone down.

Sit up straighter.

Breathe deeper even though it smells like shit.

Unclench your jaw.

Relax your tongue.

Bring your shoulders back down.

Focus on relaxing the hips.

Notice your body and your breath.

Think about how nice their asshole was.

Think about how they moaned when you licked it.

Think about how their skin smelled and tasted.

Breathe deep and think about that one thing that sets your soul ablaze.
